Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including pickup time, location, and museum entry details. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not allowed once booked.
Tour Timing: The tour duration is approximately 2–3 hours, depending on traffic and group size. The museum tour itself typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. We recommend that guests arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Photography: Photography is permitted inside the museum, but please refrain from using flash in certain areas as it may disrupt other visitors or damage sensitive exhibits. Professional photography for commercial use requires prior approval from the museum.
